What does the workshop entail exactly?
First and foremost, we welcome you with a delicious coffee/tea or juice/water. After a brief introduction about the company WALDO, who we are, and what we exactly do, we’ll get right to work!

Following a short theory introduction, we’ll begin making the components of the mini pie. Everyone will make their own mini pies, which you’ll naturally take home with you at the end. We’ll go through all the steps together so that you understand the technique well and achieve a beautiful end result. The workshop’s goal is for you to learn how to decorate a homemade mini pie as a plated dessert.
